Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the courier and your location, so we can't guarantee a delivery date. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
EU orders
For orders to the EU, shipping costs, import duties and taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Delivery times vary by country and courier.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update it.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived 10 working days after dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out with the courier. For damaged or faulty items, see our Refund policy.
